Make a booking for supervised Reading Room access to archives, rare books, maps and other materials held in Special Collections or to use equipment in the GLAMx Lab, including the 3D scanner, microfilm reader and digitization equipment.
A minimum of 2 working days' notice is required for access to Special Collections materials and equipment. Please ensure you provide as much detail as possible in the booking form for the items you wish to access so we can prepare for your visit. Select your preferred day and time from the calendar below. Sessions run for a maximum of two hours. Consecutive sessions may be booked as required.
Bookings may be cancelled by clicking on the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
