Rooms may only be booked by University of Newcastle students and staff to use for University study and related activity.
Please note the following:
- The info icon for each room details suggested numbers of people and available resources for each room.
- Study rooms are prioritised for group study.
- Groups can book 2 hours per group per day, up to one month in advance.
- Longer bookings may be considered by submitting an Ask the Library request.
- You will receive a Verification Email that must be accessed to confirm your booking within 1 hour.
- Unconfirmed room bookings become open to bookings after 1 hour.
- Bookings may be cancelled by clicking on the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
- If you need help with your booking please contact the Library .
- Bookings will be cancelled automatically if they contravene the Library Use Policy
