Need help getting started using Endnote? Bring your laptop along to this introductory session and learn how to create, import, save, organise and format citations before adding them to your thesis.
Use Endnote to collect references, along with their associated pdfs, abstracts, illustrations etc. and add your own research notes or labels to classify their content for your research topic.

This hands-on session will teach you about:
- Creating an Endnote Library, where to save it and how to back it up
- Manually entering Endnote records and exporting article references into Endnote directly from databases
- Importing book references from the library catalogue
- Attaching the full-text and making searchable notes on attached pdfs

- Organising your Endnote library using Groups and Smart Groups; and adding searchable Labels and Research Notes to your records
- Use a wide variety of outputs to add citations to any Word document
